shutdown is still messing up everything. actually joe biden had to cancel his appearance at a democratic fund raiser tonight because of the shutdown. and it got kind of awkward when they announced that biden wasn't coming and they raised twice as much money. [ laughter ] didn't understand it. it didn't make much sense. very interesting turn of events. the whole mess with the shut down isn't making anyone happy. a new survey, found that 9% of americans have considered giving up their u.s. citizenship because of the constant arguing in washington. not good. today, even obama was like, "are you sure i wasn't born in kenya? i never saw a birth certificate."
